Balancing Tri-dosha

Tri-dosha balancing series is the core of our asana practice and the mother of all yoga series. It suits everyone and restores the mind-body balance by gently going through our whole system. After the class you’ll rise from the yoga mat feeling healthy full of vitality. The series is done calmly and gently while respecting your body. Slowly the series teaches you excellent ergonomics of the body, makes your chest and breathing organs work flawlessly together and removes stress from your system.

Bring comfortable clothes and a yoga mat. In case you don’t have a yoga mat yet, you can borrow one from our premises. It’s advicable to avoid heavy meals before yoga. This is not mandatory, but you will notice how the mind and the body co-operate more readily with an empty stomach.

Also give yourself the freedom to be in peace during the class, as if you would be having a vacation from your everyday life.
